According to Peter King of Sports Illustrated:

"One scout told SI's Peter King that Clemson DE Da'Quan Bowers (knee) has failed at least two physicals that I know of."

"Bowers will have a chance to put all these injury rumors to rest on Friday. As long as he looks healthy at his April 1 Pro day and checks out fine during individual visits, his stock should hold. Before red flags about Bowers' knee scope emerged, he was considered a lock to go in the top five."
