View Full Profile suffered a knee injury that required surgery last week which could force the Tigers to redshirt him. According to Gore's facebook wall the injury is the same knee that he hurt in the 9th grade, but the surgery on Saturday was a success.

well my surgery went well. They repaired it. Will be on crunches for 6-8 weeks and dont know when ill be able to get back to practicing though.

Gore enrolled in January and participated in spring practice. He was listed as the third team defensive end on the post spring practice depth chart.
