was waived by the Indianapolis Colts on Tuesday according to a team spokesman. The move was a little confusing - Austin was the only center on the team with any starting experience.

Austin was signed by the Colts last year and appeared in one game. For his career, he has played in eight total games (4 total with the Panthers and a start).

He was a two-time All-ACC selection over his Clemson career.
