was waived on Monday by the Tennessee Titans.

Other Titan players released were Kendrick Adams, Marc Anthony, Micah Pellerin, Lanier Coleman, Kevin Danser, Tyler Horn, Waymon James, Hakeem Smith, Julian Horton, Jaz Reynolds, and Derel Walker.

As a senior at Clemson, Willard had 86 [45 solo] total tackles for a 7.17 tackle average per game.
