The Washington Redskins announced on Monday evening that they had waived 13 football players including former Clemson defensive end Ricky Sapp Ricky Sapp

. This was a move in response to signing 13 undrafted free agents in the last few days.

Sapp appeared in 10 games during the 2013 season and had four tackles and a fumble recovery. He has had stints with the Eagles, Texans, Jets and Redskins.

The Bamberg product was drafted by the Eagles in the fifth round of the 2010 NFL draft after a solid collegiate career with the Tigers.
