ESPN ACC Power Rankings - Week 7 |
ESPN has released its
Week 7 ACC Power Rankings and Clemson is still ranked #2 in the ACC rankings right behind Florida State.
Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Miami are all trending downward in the rankings. Clemson's next opponent Boston College is trending upward and is #10 in the rankings. After the Boston College game, the Tigers will play ACC bottom-dwellers Syracuse (#13) and Wake Forest (#14).
The Tigers survived the loss of starting quarterback Deshaun Watson (broken finger) to beat Louisville 23-17 with a late goal-line stand. Clemson finished with zero offensive touchdowns and 229 yards, its lowest yardage total since 2010.
