status on the football team. "He practiced well last night. Part of our job is to teach him. I think that there is a lot of discipline here and alot of structure here. It is a lot to take on if your maturity is not there." "He is a guy that has a little maturing to do. We spend more time teaching life. He is a guy that will stick with it and he will leave here better than he is right now as a player and as a man. He is not there yet. It is easier than some for some freshman.
