Clemson to Host Rock the 'John Friday

CLEMSON, S.C. — Men’s and women’s basketball host "Rock the ‘John," their annual season tipoff event, on Friday at 8 p.m. in Littlejohn Coliseum. Doors open for the event at 7:30 p.m. and admission is free.
Both teams will be introduced to Tiger fans for the first time heading into the 2014-15 season. Following introductions, both will participate in short scrimmages. Members of both teams will also take part in a shooting contest, while the men’s team will hold its annual dunk contest. Jordan RoperJordan Roper

The night will also include promotional giveaway items for fans. One lucky fan will have a chance to win $25,000. Following the event, the two teams will line the concourse level of the coliseum and sign autographs. Team posters and key tags will be available, while the first 2,000 through the doors receive glow sticks. Fans are encouraged to contribute and follow content from the event on social media with the official event hashtag #RTJ.
