College Football has a myriad of different rankings, polls, and compilation lists for fans to enjoy during each football season. However, there is a new list that ESPN compiled recently with the "most aggressive/relentless" College Football fan bases on Twitter according to the experiences of ESPN analysts Todd McShay, Danny Kannell, and Ryan Russillo.
