TigerNet confirmed through the school that Kitt will be transferring. For the season, he had five catches for 47 yards (in 9 games).

"It's almost been a whole year at clemson and I've enjoyed every bit of it," Kitt said. "But I don't feel like Clemson is the best fit for me. Nothing against Clemson at all, it is a great school but I feel my future is better else where. Thank you Clemson fans, teammates and coaches for everything!"
