Clemson No. 1 in CFP poll, bowl destination announced

Clemson remains No. 1 in the final regular season College Football Poll that was announced Sunday afternoon.

A crowd of around 20,000 watched the proceedings on the video board in Death Valley at Dabo Swinney's pizza poll party, and a large cheer erupted when the rankings were announced.

Alabama is the No. 2 seed, Michigan St. is the No. 3 seed and Oklahoma is the No. 4 seed.

Clemson will face Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl on December 31st, while Alabama will face off against Michigan St. in the Cotton Bowl. Clemson trounced Oklahoma in the Russell Athletic Bowl a year ago.
