was selected in the eighth round (#241 pick overall) by the Baltimore Orioles in the 2014 MLB draft.

As a senior, Wilkinson batted .317 with six home runs and 42 RBI's in 56 games.

Wilkinson's selection was the first position player chosen by the Orioles. The last Clemson player picked by the Orioles was Jason Berken back in 2006.

The slot value of the pick is $157,300 according to Baseball America.
