Boulware: "I'm the best linebacker in the country" |
Clemson linebacker was interviewed on the ACC Championship media teleconference and previewed the upcoming game against Virginia Tech.
Boulware was asked if his play will fit in the NFL next season. "It may sound cocky, but I feel like I'm the best linebacker in the country," Boulware said. "I know other guys have hype, SEC hype, but I think if you watch the film, my play stands out," he said. "I think I have the talent and preparation for the next level, and I hope another team buys into that." In 2016, Boulware has been impressive with 95 tackles including nine for loss, four sacks, an interception, three forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery. For his career, he has 240 tackles including 24 for loss, eight sacks, five interceptions, nine pass deflections, seven forced fumbles, and four fumble recoveries
