Beasley moves up in McShay's final 2015 mock draft |
ESPN draft analyst Todd McShay has
released his final 2015 NFL Mock Draft and has Clemson's
Vic Beasley
Vic Beasley McShay had previously put Beasley with the Saints at #13 overall in his previous mock draft 5.0. "I have Beasley lower down on my board, at No. 25, but I know other evaluators like him a lot more than I do," McShay's wrote on ESPN.com. "The Jets really need an edge rusher, and he has excellent quickness and was very productive at Clemson. I also wouldn't rule out the Jets trading up to draft Mariota. I've heard some chatter about it, and there's definitely some love for Mariota in the Jets' building." Beasley accumulated 33 sacks, an amazing 52.5 tackles for loss at Clemson and was a two-time first-team All-American. He was also selected as the ACC Defensive Player of the Year in 2014. Other ACC players listed in the mock draft include Jameis Winston (#1 overall), Ereck Flowers (#10 overall), DeVante Parker (#14 overall), Kevin Johnson (#16 overall), Cameron Erving (#18 overall), Eli Harold (#31 overall) and Eddie Goldman (#32 overall).
