Dabo Swinney
Dabo Swinney Swinney was asked on the show ESPN's His & Hers about his first date with his future wife, Kathleen Swinney. "I had ten bucks," Swinney said. "We went to eat. She ordered fried cheese. It was the first time I ever heard of fried cheese. We go see "Summer School" and I will never forget it. Mark Harmon I think was the actor. So we are watching this movie and it is like at 10:45 and we are a good 25 minutes from my wife's house and my sweet little wife, girlfriend at the time, she leans over and says and I mean it is like the best part of the movie. It didn't even start till 9:45 and she says 'I have to be home by 11:00'. I'm like "What?" There were no cops between Hoover and Pelham where I was going." The ESPN host asked if he made it back in time to beat her parent's curfew. "We did not make it and I think she was grounded for the next weekend because we didn't get back by 11:00. That's so classic Kathleen Swinney."
