was ranked #22nd at $317,510 per team win and deemed a bargain by CBSSports.com.

The Clemson administration appears to be getting a decent return on his salary as the #22 rankings is lower than the top 15 final rankings from the last three football seasons.

Note - Swinney has given back a portion of his salary in the past to assistants which was probably not taken into account by USA Today.

The Tigers were 10-3 last year and ranked No. 15 in the final polls.

He is currently 61-26 (.701) in seven seasons (six full seasons) at Clemson with a 39-14 record (.736) in ACC regular-season games.

The highest cash per win (and worst CFB value) went to Texas head coach Charlie Strong with $833,378 per win.

Some other salary notables include Alabama coach Nick Saban at $596,682 per win (5th highest), South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier at $573,843 per win (7th highest) and Florida State's Jimbo Fisher at $276,282 per win (#25th highest).
