WATCH: Fields on returning to school for senior season

by - Assoc. Editor -

Clemson senior defensive back Mark Fields spoke with the media following Thursday's scrimmage and spoke on several topics including answering a question on why he returned for his senior season instead of trying for the NFL.

"I had gotten hurt the seventh game of the season when we played Syracuse and I felt like I had some unfinished business to attend to," Fields said. "I just wanted to come back and put it all together."

In 2017, he recorded 15 tackles and two pass deflections. For his collegiate career, he has 26 tackles including five for loss, a sack, an interception, and six pass breakups.
