Clemson suffered another heartbreaking one-point loss to North Carolina State this season with Wednesday's 59-58 loss in the ACC Tournament.
The foul call with 2.6 seconds remaining in the contest catapulted the Wolfpack to the victory ensuring an uncertain fate for the Tigers in the upcoming NCAA Tournament. It was a questionable last second call on a drive by Markell Johnson. Usually, the refs hold their whistles on that type of ticky-tack call as the entire game hung in the balance. Regardless, Clemson needed to score more than 16 points in the second half to not put themselves in that position and have the unfortunate tournament loss. Full game highlights:
