WATCH: Butler introduced as women's basketball coach

Clemson announced its new women's basketball coach hire with a press conference at Littlejohn Coliseum on Friday.

Amanda Butler takes over the program after 12 seasons of experience coaching Florida and Charlotte, where her teams made four NCAA Tournament appearances and 10 total postseason trips.

Per a Clemson term sheet released Friday, Butler signed a contract through 2022-23 set to average $370,000 per year before bonuses ($350K first two seasons, $375K in next two, $400K in last year of contract).

She can earn bonuses of $50,000 for earning a one or two seed in the ACC Tournament and one of $40,000 for a three or a four seed. She can also earn bonuses of $2,000 for each ACC regular season and ACC Tournament win in the 2018-19 season (max: $16,000).
