Virginia Tech DB has suspension lifted for Clemson game |
All hands on deck for No. 12 Virginia Tech against No. 2 Clemson.
Virginia Tech head coach Justin Fuente announced on Friday that junior cornerback Adonis Alexander's suspension has been lifted and he will dress for the game against the Tigers. Alexander had been suspended for the team's last two games (ECU and ODU) because of an unspecified violation of team rules. He is a part of a three-man cornerback rotation with Brandon Facyson and Greg Stroman. In two games this season, he has 14 tackles, a tackle for loss, and three pass breakups. Tech HC Justin Fuente confirmed that CB Adonis Alexander is part of this weekend’s travel roster departing for the team hotel in Roanoke.
