ON IF IT’S EVEN POSSIBLE TO STOP CLEMSON’S OFFENSE: “I don’t know if you can stop offenses today when it’s all said and done. What do you call stopping them, I don’t know? We have our hands full. They have a lot of weapons, they can spread it out, and their quarterback can get the ball to them. (Boyd) is athletic enough to create something when it’s not there. He runs all the stuff we’ve seen already like quarterback powers, they’ll run options. Besides defending all their skill kids, the running backs, the receivers – they’re a wide-open group. You try and contain them, I don’t know if you can stop them. Keep them to a minimum, and I don’t know what the minimum is. If you can keep them to 20 points, I don’t know. We just have to go play and see where we are. We have a good group of kids too, we played against a lot of good people over the years, and it happens to be another one coming into Lane.”
