2. @ClemsonMBB should be proud, y’all exceeded expectations!
Gabe DeVoe sets a Clemson record for points in an NCAA Tournament game with 31. (Dale Davis prev. had 26 vs. LaSalle in 1990). He is also the first Clemson player to post three consecutive 20-point games in an NCAA Tournament.#BobbyBuckets#ClemsonGRIT pic.twitter.com/zKkuEQHSNj

Plenty for the Clemson Tigers to hold their heads high about- that was one heck of a comeback in Omaha. Here is Sports4 video of their final walk off the court, followed off by Magic Johnson. pic.twitter.com/Vh4Eohk2jt

Gutty effort by Clemson but Jayhawks win 80-76 /heading to elite 8- @CoachBillSelf now 13-2 vs @theACC in his tenure at Kansas.

Quite a final game for Gabe DeVoe with 31 points. Most points by Clemson player in his final game as a Tiger since Larry Nance had 34 vs. Temple in Nit game on March 12 1981
— Tim Bourret (@TimBourret) March 24, 2018
DeVoe first Clemson guard with at least 30 points and 9 rebounds in same game since Will Solomon had 43 and 9 vs. Virginia on 1 15 2000.
