NFL Network's draft analyst Mike Mayock released his position-by-position rankings 3.0 on Tuesday for the 2017 NFL draft in Philadelphia on April 27-29.

Mayock's top five quarterbacks in order were Deshaun Watson, Mitchell Trubisky, Patrick Mahomes II, DeShone Kizer, and David Webb. In 2016, Watson completed 388 passes out of 579 attempts for 4593 yards and 41 passing touchdowns with 17 interceptions (and his degree) for an adjusted QBR of 84.9.

His top five wide receivers in order were Mike Williams, John Ross, Corey Davis, Zay Jones, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Cooper Kupp. In 2016, Williams had 98 receptions for 1361 yards and 11 touchdowns. He had 177 catches for 2727 yards and 21 touchdowns (and his degree) during his impressive collegiate career at Clemson.

Former Clemson standout Jordan Leggett was tied for No. 5 in the tight end rankings as Mayock's top five tight ends were O.J. Howard, David Njoku, Evan Engram, Gerald Everett, George Kittle, and Jordan Leggett. This is a jump in the rankings for Leggett as he was not listed in the 2.0 version of the rankings.

No Tigers were included in the top five position rankings on the defensive side of the ball.
