Swinney's Wednesday injury update

by -

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney updated a number of injuries after Wednesday's practice.

Swinney said tight end D.J. Greenlee (knee) is back practicing and tight end Garrett Williams (knee) is now working with the scout team. Greenlee suffered his injury during the Louisville game and has missed the last two contests. Williams tore his ACL in the spring.

Cornerback Marcus Edmond (midfoot sprain) is not ready to return. He suffered the injury early in the Auburn game in week two. Defensive end Justin Foster (ankle) is "probably going to be out," per Swinney, but he says Foster is likely to return for the Syracuse game next Friday.

Swinney said defensive end Logan Rudolph, who is out for the season after a shoulder injury, had his surgery and is back with the team.
