Swinney updates reason Deon Cain did not play against Miami

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney talked to the media following his team's 58-0 dominating win over Miami on Saturday afternoon.

Swinney answered a question about true freshman wide receiver Deon Cain and the reason that he did not play at all in the blowout win.

"A lot of you guys are wondering why Deon Cain didn't play today," Swinney said. "I sat him. Sometimes guys need an attitude adjustment. "He's a good kid, but he responded and he will be dialed in and ready to go Monday."
