Stanley ties lowest score ever by former Clemson golfer on PGA Tour

by -

From Clemson SID:

Former Clemson golfer Kyle Stanley shot a 10-under par 62 today at the PGA Tour event at Torrey Pines in San Diego. It tied for the lowest score in history by a former Clemson golfer on the PGA Tour. It was the sixth 62 turned in by a former Clemson golfer, the first since D.J. Trahan had a 62 at the Travelers Open in Hartford last year. It is just the third score of 10 under par by a former Tiger, the first since Charles Warren shot a 10-under par 62 at the Greater Greensboro Open in 2005.
