Senior righthander who has one of the team’s best arms ... has been used in long relief and has made spot starts ... in 134.1 innings pitched over 56 appearances (11 starts) and three seasons, he has an 11-2 record and a 2.81 ERA while allowing 129 hits (.250 opponents’ batting average) and 72 walks with 107 strikeouts ... lost his first career decision, therefore he has won 11 of his last 12 decisions ... in 59.1 innings pitched over 21 appearances (six starts) in ACC regular-season games, he has a 6-1 record, two saves, a 3.03 ERA, and .227 opponents’ batting average ... two-time All-ACC Academic selection ... two-time ACC Academic Honor Roll member ...
