Jennings was a McDonald's All-American in 2009 and the Gatorade Player of the Year for SC in 2008 and 2009.

Bo Reeves, Kamito Hirai, Taylor Wall, Austin Cody, Brett Gault, Milton Jennings and Moses Richardson were all honored for their excellence at Pinewood.

In 2013 with Mobyt Ferrara (Italian league), Jennings averaged 12.5 points and 7.7 rebounds per game.
