Clemson junior safety Jayron Kearse predicted back in July on his Twitter account that Clemson would play in the National Championship game.

Kearse tweeted," The Tigers will be in Arizona on Jan.11 be sure to get your tickets ASAP don't be late." He actually warned fans not to be stuck without tickets before the important game.

He backed up his prophetic message with 82 tackles, six tackles for a loss and an interception on the season and was selected first-team All-American from ESPN and second-team All-American from the Associated Press.

The 6-5, 220-pound Kearse had eight tackles in the 37-17 win over Oklahoma (11-2) in the 2015 Orange Bowl to help lead his Tigers (14-0) land in the National title game against Alabama on January 11.
