is on the way to Mersin for the next season. The American player recently signed with Caciques de Humacao (Puerto Rico-BSN, starting five) as the season continues there. James Mays appeared in 2004-2005 for Clemson (NCAA) and stayed with the college team for four years. In 2010 he signed with Caciques de Humacao (Puerto Rico-BSN, starting five) and in 25 games averaged 17.6ppg, 8.6rpg, 2.8apg, 1.4spg, Blocks-4 (1.2bpg), FGP: 43.3%, 3PT: 29.6%, FT: 64.4%. In November 2010 signed at Oyak Renault Bursa (Turkey-TBL, starting five) and had massive 17.2ppg, Reb-4 (9.0rpg), 1.4apg, Steals-3 (2.2spg), Blocks-5 (1.0bpg), FGP: 50.5%, 3PT: 19.0%, FT: 51.5%. In June signed at Caciques de Humacao (Puerto Rico-BSN, starting five) and averages now 10.0 points per game. In his opener for Puerto-Rican team he poured in 15 points at the Quarter-Finals Round 1 when Humacao lost to Bayamon 79-102. Vaqueros made 23-of-29 charity shots (79.3 percent) during the game. The former international guard Christian Dalmau stepped up and scored 23 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners and international forward Nathan Peavy chipped in 24 points and 5 rebounds. At the losing side American forward James Mays responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds.
