Former Clemson guard commits to Old Dominion

by - Assoc. Editor -

Former Clemson guard Anthony Oliver II has committed to play basketball at Old Dominion in a Friday announcement video.

"I want to thank all my previous coaches, my friends for supporting me, and my family most importantly to put me in this position so, at the end of the day in January, I will at Old Dominion University," he said in the video.

He played in 19 games last season for Clemson, averaging 7.2 minutes per game.

“I want to thank everybody that’s a part of Clemson University and Clemson basketball for everything they have done for me from the bottom of my heart,” said Oliver back when he transferred on November 2. “The coaches, professors, my teammates and the other student-athletes at Clemson, I wish everyone nothing but the best.”
