Purchasing your first home is always an exciting experience.

Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson posted a picture on Instagram of him signing the paperwork for his first home.

"I'm a homeowner!!!," Watson posted on Thursday.

It has been 12 years since former Atlanta Falcons great Warrick Dunn helped Watson's family with a Habitat for Humanity house. Since then, Watson has supported several charities including families that lost everything following the tragic events of Hurricane Harvey.

In 2017, Watson completed 126 out of 204 passes for 1,699 yards with 19 passing touchdowns and eight interceptions for a passer rating of 103.0.

Watson also became the first player in NFL history with at least 400 passing yards, 50 rushing yards, and four passing touchdowns in one game according to Elias.
