Deshaun Watson running without a knee brace |
Two stars of the Houston Texans are working hard on their rehab for the upcoming 2018 NFL season.
Defensive lineman J.J. Watt posted a short Twitter video of him and starting quarterback Deshaun Watson running together at the team's practice facility. One interesting note about the video is that Watson is not wearing any type of knee brace at all. The Houston Texans hope that he might participate in offseason workout (OTAs) in May. "He's working hard to get back and I know he's ahead of schedule," O'Brien said via ESPN.com. "I'm hoping ... that he can at least maybe participate in 7-on-7 [drills]. Maybe not team drills, but [maybe] he can do 7-on-7s or one-on-ones and things like that. But we'll see." Without Watson in the lineup with the ACL injury, the Texans lost eight of their final nine games last season. Biggggg Day!!!!!
