* Clemson moved to 6-0 on the season with a 56-10 victory over Boston College. It is the 12th time in history a Tiger team has started a season at least 6-0.

* Friday’s win was the Tigers’ eighth in nine tries over the Eagles in the Dabo Swinney era.

* With the win, Clemson has now defeated 42 unranked opponents in a row, second-longest streak in the nation behind only Alabama.

* Clemson has now won its last eight road games, tying the school record set in 1978 and 1979.

* Swinney is now 81-27 over his career, and the .750 winning mark moves him ahead of TCU’s Gary Patterson for for seventh on the list of college football’s winningest active coaches.

* The Tigers moved to 67-7 under Swinney when leading at the half.

* Clemson is now 72-4 under Swinney when leading after three quarters.

* The Tigers have now won 12 straight games over ACC teams (including the 2015 ACC Championship Game) under Swinney the past two seasons.

* Clemson had three plays of 50+ yards in the first quarter after entering the contest with none through five games this season.

* Clemson has won 31 straight games when rushing for at least 200 yards.

* The Tigers are 77-0-1 all time when totaling at least 200 rushing yards and 200 passing yards in the same game. It was accomplished for a third time in six games in 2016 on Friday.

* The Tigers played their first Friday game in the regular season since Nov. 16, 1956 at Miami (Fla.).

INDIVIDUAL

* Deshaun Watson moved to 24-2 over his career as Clemson’s starting quarterback.

* Watson threw four touchdown passes on Friday, pushing his season total to 18. He has tossed seven touchdown passes in two starts against Boston College.

* Watson had a passing efficiency of 206.4 on Friday, his best mark with a minimum of 20 attempts this season.

* Wayne Gallman’s 59-yard touchdown in the opening quarter was his longest run of the season, and the longest play from scrimmage by the Tiger offense as well.

* Gallman went over the 100-yard rushing mark for the 15th time in his career, tying Raymond Priester’s record for a Tiger.

* Gallman was awarded the Leather Helmet, presented annually to the game’s top player.

* Mike Williams caught a touchdown pass for a third straight game, hauling in a nine-yarder from Deshaun Watson in the opening quarter.

* Williams set up the touchdown with a 50-yard reception, Clemson’s longest pass play of the season.

* Jordan Leggett caught a 56-yard pass for a touchdown in the first quarter as well, eclipsing Williams’ play for the longest of the season through the air by the Tigers.

* Leggett’s 56-yard reception was the longest play of his career.

* Deon Cain hauled in two touchdowns for a second straight game, giving him a team-high six on the season.

* Ben Boulware caused his second fumble of the season and the fifth of his career.

* Dorian O’Daniel registered the first sack of his career not against Georgia Tech. He combined on a sack in the third quarter with Jabril Robinson.

* Mark Fields scored a touchdown on his first career interception, a 42-yard return for Clemson’s final score.

* Fields’ pick-six was the first by a Tiger since Cordrea Tankersley recorded an interception return for a touchdown last season at Miami.

* Tavien Feaster produced the longest rush of his career, a 45-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter that proved to be the Tigers’ final offensive score.

* Tyshon Dye scored his first touchdown of the season, a three-yard rush in the fourth quarter.

* Korrin Wiggins made his first start of the season, and his first since the 2014 regular season finale against South Carolina.

* Massachusetts native Christian Wilkins, who was one of the captains Friday, had two tackles for loss (including a sack) in his Homecoming game.
