Clemson Pros: Former Tigers wrap regular season in style

A couple Tigers wrapped their 2017 NFL regular season with career performances.

In a win over New Orleans Sunday, Adam Humphries posted the second 100-yard receiving game of his career with seven catches for 102 yards.

The third-year pro set new career marks in receiving yards (631) and receptions (61) in the effort.

New York Giants rookie Wayne Gallman totaled a season-high 15 carries for 89 yards against Washington Sunday.

The fourth-round pick finished his season with 111 carries for 476 yards and 34 catches for 193 yards with one touchdown.

On the opposite sideline, Redskins cornerback Bashaud Breeland broke up three passes and added two tackles in Washington’s win.

Among former Tigers still playing are Falcons duo Grady Jarrett and Vic Beasley, who clinched a Wild Card road trip to face Sammy Watkins and the LA Rams on Saturday. In a win over Carolina, Jarrett logged three tackles for loss and Beasley totaled his fifth sack of the season.

Also in the Wild Card round, Chiefs defensive tackle Jarvis Jenkins posted three tackles (two solo) in a 27-24 win over Denver. The Chiefs host Tennessee on Saturday.

With a week off until a home playoff game, Martavis Bryant posted one of his better efforts this season with six catches for 65 yards. Also off next week, Vikings defensive back Jayron Kearse put up a stop in a 23-10 win over Chicago.

Quick hits: Texans defensive lineman Carlos Watkins wrapped his rookie season with five tackles (two solo). Houston safety Marcus Gilchrist logged six tackles (four solo) and 0.5 TFL...Miami DE Andre Branch put up two tackles (1.5 for loss) in a loss to Buffalo. Dolphins LB Stephone Anthony totaled four stops...Chargers rookie Mike Williams saw one catch for eight yards in a 30-10 win over Oakland. Working back from injuries, the first-round pick totaled 11 catches for 95 yards in 23 targets...Jets kicker Chandler Catanzaro connected on 2-of-3 field goal attempts in a loss to New England. He hit 25 of his 30 attempts on the season with a long of 57...Cardinals WR Jaron Brown caught one pass for 25 yards in a win at Seattle. Seahawks DB Byron Maxwell posted seven tackles (four solo) with two pass breakups...49ers punter Bradley Pinion averaged 43.5 yards on two punts. Pinion finished the regular season seventh in the league in punts inside the 20 (31).
