5-star addition, subtraction to Elite Junior Day visitor list

by -

Five-star 2020 receiver prospect Rakim Jarrett said he could not make it down for Clemson's Elite Junior Day as originally planned.

"Couldn’t make it down to clemson today ! Something came up last minute. I’ll be down soon !!" Jarrett posted on Twitter.

Jarrett is one of Clemson's more recent offers and is rated as high as the No. 1 WR in the nation by Rivals. He earned first-team All-Conference honors with 38 catches for 782 yards and 11 touchdowns as a junior.

On the other end of the spectrum, five-star 247Sports Composite RB Demarkcus Bowman (5-11 190) did tell TigerNet early this morning that he did end making the trip up to Clemson from Lakeland, Florida.

Bowman is rated as the No. 5 RB in the nation by the composite rankings.
