4-star DE makes camp stop

by - Staff Writer -

2019 4-star defensive end Byron Young (Laurel, Ms.) made his first stop at Clemson during camp Wednesday morning.

Young is rated as high as the No. 10 defensive end in his class by ESPN and a unanimous 4-star prospect.

He included Clemson in his top schools in March after a February offer. Young has named Alabama his leader at different points in his recruiting process.

Young totaled 22 tackles for loss with 14 sacks last season.
