When the NIT brackets were announced, the Tigers found out they will host Louisiana Tech Wednesday night in Littlejohn Coliseum. The Bulldogs closed the year on a strong run just like the Tigers, and they are led by one of the best rebounders in college basketball, Paul Milsap.

Milsap is a bull on the inside at 6-8, 245 pounds. The player he most closely resembles from the ACC would be Boston College's Craig Smith. Milsap will be a tough test for Akin Akingbala.

Milsap knows how to work the low block and get himself into position. Milsap failed to pull ten rebounds in only six games this season. Milsap pull 15-plus rebounds in 13 games, including a 28 rebound game against San Jose State.

He is one the best low post players in college basketball that most people have never heard of. He is projected by NBAdraft.net as a first round pick in this year's NBA Draft.

If Milsap gets Akingbala into foul trouble early, the Tigers could be in a position to fall victim to the upset.
