This is part two of our list of some of the higher prospects on Clemson's board. This list is unofficial, and we will update this list all the way up until Signing Day as needed.

6. Ben Alexander: Despite being undersized, Alexander's offers continue to roll in. Alexander recently was offered by Texas and Ohio State. According to a family friend, Texas has told Alexander they will be there until the end, and that they did not care if he was 4 feet tall, he can play and that is all that matters. He is a weight room junkie, who has a great motor on the field. He maintains that he has no favorites at this time. Expect Alexander to narrow his list down to five before the season and do not be surprised if he is a summer commitment. Recruiter: David Blackwell

7. Adam Patterson: Patterson stock is soaring right now. Everytime another coach looks at him an offer comes in. Patterson is a legitimate candidate to be one of the top five players in South Carolina this fall. By our best estimate, he is the third defensive lineman in South Carolina on Clemson's board. Recruiter: Burton Burns

8. D'Vontrey Richardson: Richardson along with Jamie Cumbie and Byron Maxwell popped up on Clemson radar the earliest. Richardson is extremely athletic and could play a variety of positions in college. Clemson is currently recruiting him as a quarterback, but Richardson may wind up as a safety. He was once considered a strong Clemson lean, but has since chilled. Clemson is still in very good shape with the Lee County native. Recruiter: Jack Hines

9. Rashad Jones: Jones blew coaches away at the Athens Nike camp. His stock has skyrocketed ever since. Unlike most Georgia prospects, he has stated that he would like to play out of state. The Tigers will have to battle everyone to land Jones. Recruiter: Burton Burns

10. Alex Rose: Rose continues a great line of prospects at First Coast High School in Jacksonville. Rose is one of the premier receivers in the southeast. He was in attendance for the Clemson/Georgia Tech game in Death Valley last fall. If Florida State comes in with an offer, it will be tough for the Tigers to pull Rose out of Jacksonville. Recruiter: Dabo Swinney

Notables: Brent Schaeffer, Crezdon Butler, Josh Adams, Kiante Tripp, JoJo Cox, DeAndre McDaniel
