Texas A&M was scheduled to be the last stop for former Tennessee quarterback Brent Schaeffer. Upon returning from College Station, Schaeffer has been laying low. Amidst secret commitment and third visit rumors, the South Florida native has remained quiet.

In speaking with a family member this evening, we were told a final decision has not been reached and that Schaeffer and his family were still discussing all of their options.

Many believed Schaeffer would make a decision by the end of this week. Schaeffer has not set a timetable for his decision.

The family member stated Schaeffer had a good visit with Texas A&M, and he had good time with Reggie McNeal. He stated that Schaeffer has not declared a leader.

We will continue to keep you up to date on Schaeffer as news comes in.
