The expanded fall preview issue will hit newsstands at the end of June.

CLEMSON, SC -- Tiger Insider, founded last August as the only independent Clemson athletics magazine, is proud to announce that starting in August it will be providing news to Clemson fans on a monthly basis.

Tiger Insider the magazine will be published six times a year. It will contain the best in in-depth stories on Clemson athletics, Clemson recruiting and Clemson prospects along with the best in action photography. Like the four Tiger Insiders published in the past year, the focus will be Clemson football. It will examine everything about Clemson football – both the good and the bad part of what makes 80,000 people gather in a small town.

“There’s nothing else like this at Clemson, and that’s the most exciting part of it,” said Tiger Insider managing editor Tommy Hood. “With every issue we publish, the goal is to enhance the experience of Clemson football. We want to give Clemson fans insight into Clemson football that they’re not getting anywhere else.”

During the other six months of the year, subscribers will receive Tiger Insider Update. It will be a ten-page newsletter containing current recruiting information, information from the games, features on Clemson’s opponents and stories on Clemson prospects.

A $36 subscription to Tiger Insider will include six issues of the magazine and six newsletters in a year. All current subscriptions will be prorated. For example, a current subscriber with three issues remaining will receive three issues and three newsletters.

Helping drive the effort is a new company formed between Upstate Publishing, the publisher of Tiger Insider, and TheTigernet.com -- Keylink Media Marketing. Jeff Holley has been hired as the marketing and sales director for Keylink.

Holley, a native of Iva, S.C., is a 1999 Clemson marketing graduate. He previously was the Southeastern Region Sales Manager for College Directory Publishing. He will lead the marketing of both tigernet.com and Tiger Insider.
