Clemson, SC-Three Clemson golfers finished in the top 12 at the Rice Planters Invitational at Snee Farm Golf Club in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
The event, which is regarded as one of the top amateur tournaments in the nation, was completed over the weekend.

Brent Delahoussaye, currently ranked 22nd in the nation in the latest Amateur rankings by Golfweek, was Clemson's top finisher
with a 278 score, good enough for seventh place. Delahoussaye, who will be a senior on Clemson's team this coming year, had rounds of
72-68-69-69 on the par 72 course. It was his third top 10 finish at the major amateur tournament this summer.

Poole, from Spartanburg, had rounds of 72-71-67-71 in recording his 281 total.

Tanner Ervin, who will be a red-shirt freshman next year, was the fourth Tiger to compete in the event. He finished 26th
with a two-under-par 286 figure. Ervin had rounds of 75-72-70-69.

The individual champion was Aron Price of Sydney, Australia, who had a four-day total of 271, 17-under-par.
