Clemson Golf One Round From National Title

Stillwater, OK – Matt Hendrix’s three-under par 69 help lead the Tigers
to a tournament best 287 team score and a one-stroke lead heading
into Friday's final round of the NCAA Tournament at Karsten Creek in Stillwater,
OK. D.J. Trahan and Jack Ferguson also both turned in solid even
par rounds of 72.

It is the first time in school history that Clemson has held the lead heading
into the final round and leaves the Tigers poised for their national
title in any sport since 1987.


The Tigers' chase of history will begin at approximately 11:00 AM. Live tournament
