Who is College Football's Fastest Man?

Qualifications:

Athlete has to be a current member of

his school's track and field team and he has to

compete in the 100 meters.

Since "the fastest man in the world" is considered to

be the man with the quickest time in the 100 meters-it

will be our distance of choice as well.

But first, here is a look at the top 10 60

meter(indoor sprint event) times from football players.

Scott finished second in the NCAA 60 meter finals.

Parker finished third and Newman fourth.

There were no football players in the NCAA finals of

the 100 meters-Scott withdrew because of injury, but he

posted 10.23 in the semis. Buchanan did not finish and

Newman ran a 10.26 in the prelims before his

disappointing 12.26 in the semis.
