Tommy Bowden to Host Ladies Football Clinic

Clemson, SC- The sixth annual Tommy Bowden Ladies Football Clinic will be held Saturday July 30 from 8:30 to 4:15 at Clemson University.

Check in will be located in Jervey Gym and the registration fee will be $30.00. The days activities include lectures from coaches (Bowden, Brad Scott, Vic Koenning, Burton Burns, Alphonso Smith, and Rob Spence), lunch, t-shirts, door prizes, and tours of the facilities. Another highlight of the day will be the opportunity to rub Howard's Rock, run down the hill, and have a picture taken with Coach Bowden.


Lectures will be given on defense, special teams, officiating, equipment, and offense. There will also be a time for player question and answer.


This event is held every summer to give women the opportunity to ask questions about football and provide an insight into the game.
