TigerNet Talk Podcast #44

The #15 Clemson Tigers (8-2,5-2) play host to Atlantic Division rival #18 Boston
College (8-2, 4-2) in a battle for the right to play in the Atlantic Coast
Conference Championship Game.

The Clemson offense comes into this game on fire, scoring at will against their
past four opponents. Boston College on the other hand, has quickly spiraled from
their #2 ranked after dropping two straight games. Heisman hopeful Matt Ryan,
has not played well down the stretch and the Tiger defense hopes to continue
that streak.

This weekends contest could be considered the most important game in the
history of Death Valley. A Clemson Tiger victory this Saturday could usher in a
new era of championships. With the expansion of the ACC, Clemson has an
opportunity to become the team to beat on their side of the conference and
potentially play in multiple championship games in the future.

I fully expect the Tigers to be focused and prepared for this game, but it's
going to take more than just the team to get it done. In many fans minds, a
loss would be unacceptable given the match-up is being held at home, in the
friendly confines of Memorial Stadium. If that is your belief, then it's time
for you to do some delivering of your own. This is the game that our fans
remind the nation our stadium is the real ?Death Valley?!

Too many Tiger fans have had their hearts broken by untimely losses over the
years. The glory days of the 80's are only memories. It's time for that to
change, it's time for the glory days to return. This is the Clemson Tiger
team that will deliver us to the ACC championship game. Be loud this Saturday,
it's OUR time!
