CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - A limited number of tickets to the Virginia-Clemson football game on Thursday, Oct. 7 are available for sale, Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Office Management Dick Mathias announced on Monday.

Kickoff for that contest is set for 7:30 p.m. at the Carl Smith Center, home of David A. Harrison III Field at Scott Stadium. ESPN will televise the game live before a national viewing audience.

Approximately 900 tickets, a combination of Clemson returned tickets and UVa wait list cancellations, are available for the Cavaliers' next home contest.

The public sale of the remaining Clemson tickets will begin on Monday, Sept. 27 at 9 a.m. Fans may purchase tickets in-person at the Athletic Ticket Office in Bryant Hall, by telephone at 1-800-542-UVA1, or on-line at www.viginiasports.com.
