CLEMSON, SC -- According to MickeyPlyler.com, Richland Northeast wide receiver Airese Currie has committed to play football at Clemson. He is expected to make an announcement at his school at 2 p.m. today.

"I just figured out that Clemson is where my heart is. I will play better knowing that," Currie told recruiting analyst Jamie Newburg this morning. On special teams, Currie scored a touchdown on a 99 yard kickoff return. Currie earned a spot in the Shrine Bowl, but did not play due to an injury.
