Recruiting: No Decision Yet For Robinson

by -

Akeem Robinson
Defensive tackle
Carol City High School (Miami, Fla.)
6'4", 255 lbs.

Is Akeem Robinson ready to announce what college he will continue
his football career? No. Has he narrowed his choices down to just two
schools? Yes.

After being courted by schools such as Miami, the Carol City High
standout has chosen Clemson and Florida as his top two schools, and
will make his official announcement on Wednesday morning between
8:30 and 9:30.

"I visited Clemson on January 9, and really enjoyed it," Robinson said.
"Cedric Johnson was my player host, and I had a great time."

"The reason that I will decide between Clemson and Florida is
because both schools had things I really liked. They both have the
college football town atmosphere that I have never been a part of, they
both have great academics, and they both have great football teams."

Coach Ron West is recruiting Robinson for the Tigers.

Other defensive lineman the Tigers are still waiting for a decision on include Anthony Hill (6-7, 270) from Hargrave Prep, VA,
Jacquez McKissic (6-7, 263) from Opelika, AL and Ell Ash (6-5, 263) from Willingboro, NJ.
