Travis Robinson
Defensive back / wide receiver / special teams
Hillcrest High School (Duncanville, Ala.)
5'10", 182 lbs., 4.32

Travis Robinson led Hillcrest to a 10-3 record and the third round of the
Alabama state playoffs with 62 tackles, four interceptions, over 500 yards
receiving for nine touchdowns, and over 300 yards in kickoff returns,
scoring two touchdowns. Robinson is also one of the fastest prospects in the
state of Alabama with a hand-timed 40 in the 4.3 range.

His play in all three areas has helped Robinson earn the attention of
several colleges. Among the schools who are recruiting and have offered
Robinson include Clemson, LSU, Mississippi State, Alabama, Auburn,
South Carolina, and Vanderbilt.

Robinson says that he has made a strong commitment to Alabama,
but is being urged to visit other schools before making his final choice.

"My parents and my coaches have urged me to take all of my official
visits before making a final decision," Robinson said. "Alabama will be
the last visit I make, so I will know where I am going after that."

Robinson will visit Mississippi State on January 2, Clemson on
January 9, South Carolina on January 16, and Alabama on January 30.

Coach David Shula from Alabama and Coach Dabo Swinney have
made visits to Robinson's home. He is expecting visits this week from
coaches of Mississippi, South Carolina, and Auburn.
